You know that moment you meet someone and you think “I want to know more because you are totally awesome”? That’s how I felt when I met with Danneka and her mom. Danneka is so full of life and energy, I wanted to know more. I’m so happy we met at her parents farm for her engagement session. Plus I got to meet Alex, her super cute fiance. I love it when a couple totally clicks, and this is exactly what happened on the day of the engagement session. We had full rein of the farm, which is gorgeous and the location of the wedding ceremony. I can’t wait for next summer, but I digress. The weather was perfect for a little stroll in the woods, a little sneaky photographer, and random stops along the way.
Then, we headed out, but I had to stop on the side of the road for this gorgeous field of dry soybeans with the autumn colors peaking in the background. Let me tell you that walking through dry soybeans is an undignified as you can get. We all had a laugh.
We finished up at the Mid Continent Railway Museum in North Freedom, Danneka and Alex are big on travel (yes, I am super jealous!), and Alex loves trains. So the train depot was the perfect fit. I had so much fun getting to know these two lovebirds. Thanks for the fun, guys!
Enjoy my faves and, as always, feel free to leave me a little blog lovin’!
