I’m on a roll this month, peeps and hopefully things will keep rolling. Today’s wedding is Nick and Emily! They got married on a gorgeous June afternoon, the rain waited until after the ceremony and outdoor portraits before it fell. The ceremony was at the gorgeous Holy Mother of Consolation Catholic Church, I think Catholic churches are really more appealing, this one was so light and airy and had a wood covered ceiling, the light is just breathtaking when you look at the images in the church. After the ceremony, it was off to downtown Madison and the University of Wisconsin, some kisses there and, of course, hitting up Memorial Union to steal a couple of colorful chairs to sit on the dock and check out the sailboats. What could be more fun?
Oh, the reception, of course! The reception was held at the Madison Masonic Center and the whole night rocked. The DJ from Juke Box Bandstand kept the music pumping and the dance floor filled. Now, every wedding has a wedding crasher, I’ve seen the movie, but we had Bucky Badger. Bucky was just in time to help Nick and Emily with the garter and bouquet tosses. It was awesome. Just check out the images, I’ve posted my faves for you to enjoy!
