Our New Year’s Resolutions

As we welcome in the new year, I hope you all take a little time to take a moment and remember the last year. There have been so many changes and events. Our client base grew in leaps and bounds and already 2011 is going great. My new year’s resolution for this year is simple: to capture the moments in life that you may not think of taking. So this year, our portrait side of photography is going to focus more on the lifestyle side versus the posed side. I want pictures of your kids with their koolaid stained lips, with a grass stain on their pants. I want us to have fun taking these shots. I want you to enjoy being photographed as much as I enjoy capturing you.  I would love to come to your place, or even to a local park, fair or farm, I want you to know that photography should not be stressful. So, what if your kid loses her hair bow ten minutes before the session, you know she hates wearing it anyways. 😉  I would love to spend a couple hours with you, having fun, taking pictures and capturing the moments that you love the most.

If this sounds like something you want to do, check out our contact form here and schedule a session with us. We would love to make your memories last forever.

As you know, I believe that  a post is nothing without a photograph, so here are just  a couple to start the new year, a little bit of new life, I cannot wait to meet baby Jameson in the next month or so, and my own sassy little office manager in her red pajamas. I promise, I will try to refrain from posting more of her for at least the next week, but no promises because I think she’s so darn cute!

Man and woman making heart shape over baby bump.

Toddler making faces for the camera.

And if you’re willing to share, I would love to hear what your new year’s resolution is this year!
